Images are processed entirely in your browser (including the AI subject cut-out and face detection). They are not uploaded to our servers. A reduced copy may be kept in your browser’s session storage so you do not lose your work; it is deleted when you close the tab.

• Payments: handled by Mercado Pago or Lemon Squeezy. We receive the payment confirmation and, where applicable, your email. We never receive card details.
• Analytics and marketing: only with your consent (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel). See the Cookie policy.
• Technical data: IP address and request data, kept briefly in server logs for security and abuse prevention.
• Contact and withdrawal requests: the data you send us, to answer you.

Contract performance (purchases), consent (analytics and marketing cookies), legitimate interest (security) and legal obligations (tax and consumer law).

Vercel (hosting), jsDelivr (delivery of the AI runtime), Google, Meta, Mercado Pago and Lemon Squeezy. Some of them process data outside Argentina, with the safeguards those providers offer.

Purchase records: as long as required by tax law. Server logs: up to 30 days. Analytics: up to 14 months.

You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection by writing to hola@latteartstencils.com. Under Argentine Law 25,326, access is free at intervals of no less than six months unless a legitimate interest is shown. Residents of the EU/UK have the rights under the GDPR, including filing a complaint with their supervisory authority.

The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, as the Control Body of Law 25,326, has the power to handle complaints from those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

The service is not intended for children under 13. Purchases require legal capacity to contract.
